Ned's romantic evening (0.7.1)
Dear supporters and fans,
I have been busy lately and have made some significant progress with Bound to College, BEngel, and Heartless Corporation simultaneously. Some of you have complained that they wanted to see Ned lose his innocence to the player instead of to the reporter, Tom. With this update, you now have the option to do so, assuming you have a good relationship with Ned in the first place.
New Chapter: A Romantic Beach Surprise
In this chapter, Ned has prepared a special surprise for you and wants to make a promise. Set against the serene backdrop of a romantic beach, this moment will surely tug at your heartstrings. Tom joins you in this enchanting scene where you and Ned share an unforgettable evening. The content will slightly differ based on your relationship with Ned, and different music will be played to enhance the atmosphere accordingly.
I've added new music tracks to this chapter to enrich your experience. You can download the music files from Suno.com. Let the melodies guide your emotions as you navigate through this touching moment.
Additionally, music has been added to a previous chapter where Ned's book is tossed around. Depending on your choice to give it back to him, the music will shift to reflect the tension and resolution of the scene.
I'm excited to introduce a scrollable image feature to the game. This interactive element aims to make your experience more immersive and engaging. I would love your feedback on this new feature so that I can refine it further.
If you have a good relationship with Ned, you can choose from two alternative outcomes for the evening. Otherwise, your choice will be more limited.
Preview: Meet Daniel
I'm also excited to introduce the newest character, Daniel, a 20-year-old photography enthusiast who is the son of the family that adopted Jupiter. As an added treat, here's the first image of Daniel, giving you a glimpse of this intriguing new addition to the game. He will be introduced in the next update, where you can meet with Jupiter at the beach. I have already made some good progress with this chapter as well. I want to give the player the option to choose between Daniel and Jupiter for the progress of the story, so it will most likely come with two alternative endings as well, based on your preferences. I have some exciting ideas about how it could progress, and I can't wait to show them to you.
BEngel Development Update
Regarding "BEngel," I want to provide an update on the development of the next chapter. As a solo developer, crafting the next release takes time. I sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as I work to ensure the upcoming content meets and exceeds your expectations. After visiting Chris' home and meeting with Kyle, Tim, and Jeff, they head to the motel where they meet Elijah. He is working at the reception, and they need to get the key to the room Chris stayed in somehow...
Heartless Corporation Development Update
In addition, I'm delighted to announce another chapter for the game Heartless Corporation. I've decided to replace Brian's figure model, and I'm eager to hear your opinion on the new model. Attached is an image of the new model for Brian - let me know what you think!

Hi again, Oliver, I looked at this update, I can say that it turned out to be impressive, I would like to correct what was said earlier about "scrolling", the idea is unusual, I don't remember seeing something like this somewhere in the novels, but maybe it's worth going back to the style scrolling? And also, in no case do I want to "rush" you, since I understand that you are the only author (hereinafter my subjective opinion), but given the gap between the publication dates of the versions "Version 0.6.9 - Ron rushes to the rescue! 03/19/2024" and "Romantic evening with Ned (0.7.1) 03/19/2024". According to my calculations, and this is taking into account the fact that the full scene with Ned took +-6 months, the end of the "Day at the SPA" scene will be released in about 4 years. I really want to ask you to refute my calculations.

Not sure if I'm doing it wrong but I never seem to get the date and the game is still at the wrestling part of the VN.
What happens for you after the wrestling match? And can you check the version no. for me? Click on "About" in the main menu. It should read 0.7.1.
It says 0.7.1 but it never goes past the wrestling match, the choices stay as wrestling match & close menu.
You need to fight everyone to proceed.
Can't believe I didn't even think that this should be the obvious answer... T^T

Well, I think I will add a notice that you need to fight everyone to proceed when the player tries to exit the screen. I doubt you are the only one who has this issue.

Hi Oliver, I want to thank you for the update, and also tell you a little about it..
1) The image scrolling feature is a very necessary thing for those who want to complete the game for more than one ending, so it's great! if I understood the meaning of the word "scrolling" correctly.
2) The new character Daniel came out amazing in appearance, I wonder what kind of character he will have, as well as the perception of the main character. Unfortunately, I personally decided to postpone the meeting with Ned for the last time, because Ned does not seem attractive to me, but I will definitely go through it to understand the big picture.
Thank you for you feedback! Maybe it is a bit misleading, but the "scrolling" image means that there is an image that does not really fit to the window, so you can scroll up and down.
As for Daniel, I really can't wait to show what I have in mind for him.
